How to use
Step 1: start with clean chest (no lotions, oils or perfumes). Make sure your skin is completely dry & your nips are covered.
Step 2: Roughly measure out and pre cut lengths of Shape Tape you need to style your outfit according to your bust size.
Step 3: Remove the backing paper from the shape tape and hold your breast in the desired position. Firmly smooth the tape on rubbing and pressing down firmly. Try not to move the shape tape once its touched your skin as the adhesive will lose strength.
Step 4: Repeat on the other side. It's ok if the tape does not look exactly the same on both sides.

2 inch roll is perfect for A-C/D cups. 3 inch roll is perfect for D/DD+ cups with heavy volume.
2. Is the Boob Tape reusable?
Each strip is one-time single use. Each roll comes with 16.4 ft/5mtrs of body tape.
3. How long can you wear them?
Boob Tape will stay on until you take it off. As a safety precaution we recommend first time users wear the tape for 2-3 hours at a time to see how your skin reacts and gradually build up with time.
4. Will these fall off when sweating?
Boob Tape is guaranteed sweat proof. We are using technology invented for athletes, designed specifically for your boobs. It will NOT come off with sweat due to the breathable hemp fabric fibers and unique adhesive application technology that allows sweat and air to evaporate. The adhesive is heat activated and fully bonds to the skin after 20-30 minutes and continues to adhere stronger due to body heat and warm outdoor temperatures.
5. Is the Boob Tape waterproof? Can I swim with it?
You need to be dry when applying the tape so that the adhesive can adhere to the skin. After applying the tape wait 30 minutes for the adhesive to fully bond with your skin. Once fully adhered you can go swimming and get wet!
